At YourMuse, we offer FREE express shipping on all prepaid orders!
We know you want your YourMuse products as soon as possible, so we offer 24hr and 3hr shipping for select pin codes at an additional cost! We also offer COD and gift wrapping services at a minor additional cost. If you would like extra discreet, expedited delivery, or have any other special requests, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your order has been picked up by our 3rd party delivery partners, you will receive a WhatsApp/email notification. You can always track your order using your order number, or reach out to support@yourmuse.in for more help.
Shipping Timelines
We try to send shipments out as soon as possible. In most cases, it takes:

1–3 business days for delivery to major metro cities

5–7 business days for non-metro cities

3-hour delivery option for specific pin codes

This might differ based on your pincode and can be impacted by external delays. We work with well-reputed delivery partners, so delivery often happens earlier, depending on your location. Metro cities usually take less time, while remote locations may take longer. We do our best to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
Shipping Policy

We take great care in packing your orders to ensure they reach you safely. In the rare event your order arrives in a tampered or damaged state, please send us photos of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us promptly address the issue and coordinate with our courier partners for appropriate resolution.

Instances of missing items or tampering are extremely rare. However, if you suspect any tampering, kindly take a video before opening your package and contact our support team at support@yourmuse.in immediately. If you receive an SMS or email confirming delivery but have not received the parcel, please inform our team within 24 hours for assistance.

YourMuse uses 3rd party courier services and is not liable for delays in shipping. We share the approximate number of days required for delivery. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. For any time-sensitive orders, please reach out to the support team for more details.

All orders placed before 1 PM are dispatched on the same working day (excluding holidays and Sundays).
If you want to request a cancellation, please reach out to support@yourmuse.in.
Orders cannot be cancelled or altered after they are dispatched from the warehouse. Once packed or shipped, orders will be treated as returns if not accepted, and return shipping charges will be deducted before refunding.
Return Policy
We are fully dedicated to your health, pleasure, and satisfaction. Our products are rigorously tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping.
To initiate a return, please submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving the package, and include your Order ID. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the refund process and arrange a pickup of your order.

Courier charges will be applicable on the reverse pickup in case you choose to return the item.

Given the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used.
Returns are typically received and inspected within 7–10 business days.
You can choose between:

A refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping, reverse courier, or gift wrapping charges), or
-
A store credit voucher (Gift Card) valid for future purchases.
COD refunds require bank details for processing.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
If Already Shipped:
If the order has been dispatched, please reject the parcel at the time of delivery. Once it is returned to our warehouse, a refund will be processed (minus courier fee).
If Parcel is Accepted:
If you've received the parcel, you may still initiate a return—only if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Return courier charges will apply.

If your location falls outside the serviceable area, you may need to ship the product back. In such cases, we will reimburse up to ₹250 toward shipping.

100 Days Warranty for Massagers
We offer a 100-day warranty on all electronic devices from the date of purchase, covering any defects or malfunctions.

If your product experiences an issue:

Visit our website to raise a return request.

Upload a video showing the malfunction and a photo of the charging adaptor used.

Once verified, we will arrange a pickup and process a replacement.
If your location is unserviceable by our courier partners, we will reimburse up to ₹250 toward return shipping.
Out of Warranty Massagers

Important Notes

Replacements or gift cards will be issued for malfunctions as per warranty.
Refunds will not be issued in any case. -
If a product purchased using a gift card is returned, it will not be eligible for a monetary refund. Instead, we will provide a replacement or reissue the gift card for the same value.

Orders placed through marketplace platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Amazon, etc., are not eligible for refunds. However, a replacement or gift card can be issued per the product’s warranty.

Product exchanges are not available. Replacements are limited to a new unit of the same product.
