You can apply Glide water-based lube by pumping a little onto your palm, and applying to the desired part of your body. Alternatively, you can pump Glide directly from the bottle onto your desired body parts. Use as much or as little as you like, depending on your personal preferences.

There’s no set rule here - it really depends on you. We recommend using a few dallops to properly allow for some slip and slide. And keep replenishing as you work through your motions.
